A 9ft square tree house with a three foot wide covered balcony all round except at the front where there is a 6ft x 15ft balcony. The roof is finished in Cedar shingles. There are three windows and a solid door. The outside is finished in waney edge board and the inside is fully lined. At the rear is a small extension with a climbing net, rope ladder and a knotted climbing rope. Access is via a two stage, open tread staircase.
